Exterior Cleaning Technician

Job Description

Be the first voice our clients hear. You’ll manage inbound calls, schedule crews, and ensure every project runs smoothly end-to-end.

Perform exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and soft washing
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cleaning equipment
Set up and break down job sites safely and efficiently
Assess each property and choose the correct methods and materials
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
Take before and after photos and complete job documentation
Protect customer property and follow all safety procedures
Work with teammates to complete daily service routes

Experience in exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, painting, or other physical outdoor work is helpful but not required
Ability to work on ladders and roofs
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
